These colors are very appealing to me even though it’s a strange and confusing image…

I LOVE to contemplate the sunset!!! Today the sky gave us this extra gift for a couple of minutes.

I once read a great article about Pareidolia (the imagined perception of a pattern or meaning where it does not actually exists, like seeing faces in clouds) and how the ability to quickly recognize faces everywhere helped our natural selection. But I couldn’t find it to add the link here. If you like to learn new things (as I do) Wikipedia has a good explanation: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareidolia

Baby Pineapple

This is the cutest fruit I’ve ever seen. I asked about why they were so small and the guy said that because of the cold weather they wouldn’t grow bigger even though they were ripe and sweet. Very interesting!!

Eternal Flame

I just cropped and played with the colors a bit. Nothing else.

This is just a single candle between a glass and a mirror.
I like to call it “Eternal Flame” candlestick. I love the effect and The Bangles’ the song. =D

Toxic City

I’m back to my hometown (São Paulo) for a couple of days. There is so much pollution in the air that my nose is completely blocked since I arrived and my eyes are watery all the time.

I completely agree with a graffiti that I saw once that said: “Life is too short to live in Sao Paulo”.

I’m glad I’m going away on Thursday. =D

Honeymoon

This is just an ice cream scoop and some honey!!!
I think it could be way better executed but I’m on such a tight time-frame for this 365. I’m learning to just be happy with the result that I get.
